Client Services/Support

Our client services center is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. With extensive knowledge and technical experience, our client services professionals are ready to respond to any of the day-to-day customer inquiries regarding test results, laboratory testing services and specimen requirements.

Courier Services

Transportation of specimens to our production center is a “value-added” service offered by NPL. Federal Express, U.S. Postal service and other specialized couriers are among the vendors utilized for specimen transport.
