Client Services Supervisor (Medical Technologist): Full time days. Performs work related to client services, including the areas of call center, outreach services, consulting, warehouse, and logistics for Northern Plains Laboratory. Acts as a conduit of information between clients and employer, representing client interests to NPL and providing information about the clinical laboratory and Pathology Consultants PC (PPC) to clients and prospects. Provides direct supervision to call center staff, consultants, and warehouse/courier personnel. Requires licensure by the North Dakota Board of Clinical Laboratory Practice as a Medical Technologist (ASCP) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist 1 and experience necessary to qualify as a moderately complex laboratory director per CAP standards.
