Laboratory Administrative Director

Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial and resource management, human resources and staffing, compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, and directing day-to-day administrative aspects of the company. The administrative director creates a highly efficient, accountable and collaborative team environment with other leaders, staff, and customers.  Responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Licensure requirements: Current MT or MLS certification
Experience required: A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant clinical experience with five (5) years of progressive leadership or management experience.
Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science

Laboratory Compliance, Regulatory and Business Specialist

Serves as the primary, designated individual who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization’s compliance, regulatory, and business activities.  Utilizes discretion and independent judgment to ensure timely completion of projects.

Experience Required:  Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.

 

The following MT/MLT position is eligible for up to a $12,000 sign-on bonus:

Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS/MLT/MT):
Full time nights, possible 7 on 7 off rotation.  Must be licensed as a MT/MLT through the ND Board of Clinical Lab Practice.  Experience preferred.

The following position is eligible for up to a $1000 sign-on bonus:

Laboratory Technical Assistant (LTA):
Full or part-time day/evening hours, includes rotating weekends.  Primary duties are receiving and processing specimens into the lab computer systems.  Will also require training as a phlebotomist.
